Description:
Nowadays, many people decide to migrate to have a better life. Employment
opportunities are the most common reason due to which people migrate. Except
this, lack of opportunities, better education, construction of dams, globalization,
natural disaster (flood and drought), and sometimes crop failure forced villagers to
migrate to cities. The people are migrating to the city for their better living style.
Some of them can’t make They adjust to the new city. Their life is totally nomadic.
In this painting, I am trying to show their struggle and sacrifices. I have used acrylic
color, watercolor, and oil pastels on tissue pasted canvas for completing this work.
